Pamela McRae-Dux - Practitioner - Artist - Author
I am an Artist. First, last and always. I prefer to move like a dancer. I enjoy writing and so I put words to the pictures to make stories. I enjoy my good Waterman fountain pen and different colored inks. I love good paper. I wish I could really do origami like the masters. I often wonder how A. T. Stills got his sensitivity by feeling a hair through successively adding layers of paper on top of a thin strand. How could he feel through all that to sense the fine thin thread of human hair?
I have been fortunate to have a bird's eye view into many industries and creative venues in life. I have learned enough to get through this life. If you wish to see my CV you may download it for viewing only.
With Feldenkrais, I learned more about Self-Inquiry than with any other discipline which I studied.
This has not always been a comfortable journey, but on the whole, I have a good grasp of what it means to live as if 'there is no later' and as if 'today is the one day I have to live well'.
This perception allows me to explore each day with some more joy than I had ever imagined possible.
