I am a graduate of the final Berkeley Professional Feldenkrais Training and as such can tell you time in the large room at Rudramandir is transformative. The energy there is palpable and the layout conducive to not only exploration of the Method but social interaction and integration as well.

 

For some of those coming to the Method it is the first time they experience touch that asks nothing of them and for some it is the first time they experience love in connection to their own body. To come together with another and experience two nervous systems joining for nothing more than a healthy connection is an experience like no other. Without conflict or manipulation, a person can become a human with a whole world to explore. 

 

I encourage all practitioners to join this reunion in Berkeley to energize their commitment to extending this work and love to the world.
